The writer, Leah Nelson, PhD, is an assistant professor at California State University, Sacramento. Her book, The Papers’ Guide to E-Cigs, was released in 2021 and is really a comprehensive consider the emerging market for electric cigarettes (e-cigs) and vaporizers. The thing is that some people are allergic to the vapor that is included with using these exact things called “smoke bras”, plus they get very little benefit from the product. Some people claim to feel less cravings, but I don’t think that is possible. That is a big problem because it is indeed difficult to quit cigarettes if you are always craving them. Addititionally there is the issue of nicotine addiction. Nicotine is a very powerful stimulant that could be extremely addictive. If someone includes a lot of trouble getting through the day without cigarettes, they could be addicted to nicotine.
There is also a new product on the market called SmokeRX, a nasal spray that is being marketed by ALCOOM. I came across this very interesting because the manufacturer claims that it can help people who are dependent on smoking but have a problem with nicotine withdrawal. So this nasal spray helps provide them with a “kick start” to quitting. Also, a lot of people who are a bit heavy smokers find that the cravings certainly are a lot stronger with this particular than they are with a nicotine gum or aidan pills.
But even if the nicotine level is reduced and the desire to stop smoking is greatly reduced, it is not going to happen overnight. People who quit smoking typically go through many stages. During the initial stages, they may notice that they crave cigarettes more. During these stages, it is important to keep yourself busy and use up activities that keep you busy and active such as listening to music or watching tv.
Another great aid that is available to help you quit smoking and vaporize is water vapor. The makers of Vape cigarettes claim that vapors are 10 times stronger than the emissions from the cigarette. You will notice an improvement in your breathe a couple days after you choose this technique. Water vapor is inhaled and exhaled just like you would inhale and exhale a cigarette.
I understand that the idea of to be able to quit smoking cold turkey may appear like a good thing, but there is another type of aid that can help. That is the “smoke bumper”. That is a patch that you placed on your skin that gives you small electric shocks once you inhale or exhale smoke. This is used to train the human brain to not delight in smoking. This is not an FDA approved product, but I have already been using smoke bumper for about a month and I am extremely happy with the results.
